摘 要:对河北省4所地方高校的439名体育专业师生进行了问卷调查,分别从专业人才培养方向、教学质量保障因素和教学质量保障现状三个方面进行了数据采集与分析.研究发现,体育专业存在培养目标和培养规格不明确、课程设置和考评方式不适宜、人文和物理环境建设不完善、教学方法和反馈形式不丰富等问题,提出了明确人才培养目标、完善专业课程体系、加快教学环境建设、加紧教学评价改革、加强师资队伍培养、提升学习干预引导等方面的具体建议,希冀为地方高校因校制宜地探索体育教学改革、加快构建体育专业教学质量保障体系提供有益参考.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 439 teachers and students majoring in physical education(PE) in 4 local universities in Hebei Province.Data were collected and analyzed from three aspects: professional talent training direction, teaching quality assurance factors, and teaching quality assurance status. It is found that some problems in physical education major include unclear training objectives and training specifications, inappropriate curriculum setting and evaluation methods, imperfect construction of human and physical environment, and deficient teaching methods and feedback forms. Some specific suggestions are put forward on clarifying the objective of talent training, perfecting major curriculum system, accelerating the construction of teaching environment, accelerating the reform of teaching evaluation, strengthening the training of teachers, and improving the intervention and guidance of learning, in hope of providing useful reference for local universities to explore PE teaching reform on their own bases and accelerate the construction of PE teaching quality assurance system.
