摘　　要：建设职业技术教育学学科体系、学术体系和话语体系是学科建设对社会变革需求的理论回应,能够为职业教育高质量发展提供必要的理论指导。为此,应以把握学科特点为抓手,拓宽职业技术教育学的学科体系,即坚持“大学科”的学科建设观,协调职业技术教育学与其他学科的生态关系,坚持多学科协同的学科视角,开创职业技术教育学一体多元发展新局面,完善学科人才培养体系,彰显职业技术教育学类型化特色;以理论与实践的交互为基础,持续深化职业技术教育学学术体系,即坚持“大职教”的学术研究观,扩展职业技术教育学学术研究的问题域,秉持问题意识,彰显职业技术教育学学术成果的民族性与时代性,善于融通古今,体现职业技术教育学学术资源的继承性与创新性;以提升中国话语权为旨归,积极创新职业技术教育学话语体系,即以政治性意蕴和学理性支撑提升职业技术教育学话语体系的科学性,以哲学性思维、通识性表达和有效性传播确保职业技术教育学话语体系建设能够立足中国、面向世界。The discipline system,academic system,and discourse system construction of vocational and technical education(VTE)is the theoretical response of discipline construction to the needs of social changes.It can provide the necessary theoretical guidance for high-quality VTE development.Therefore,it is significant to broaden the VTE discipline system based on its discipline characteristics,that is,adhere to the big discipline concept.Specifically,coordinate the ecological relationship between VTE and other disciplines,adhere to a multidisciplinary coordination perspective,create new situations of integrated and diversified VTE development,improve discipline talent training system,and highlight VTE type-based characteristics.Then,based on the interaction of theory and practice,we should continue to deepen VTE academic system,that is,adhere to the big vocational education concept.It requires expanding the VTE problem domains in academic research,holding a questioning sense,showing the nationality and times of VTE academic achievements for better inheritance and innovation.Finally,improve the discourse power of China and VTE,that is,improve the scientific nature of the VTE discourse system with political and academic support.Through philosophical thinking,general expression,and effective communication,VTE will strike roots in China and face the world.
