摘　　要：教师领导力作为一种重要的专业力量,在教育改革中发挥着至关重要的作用。不同类型高校的教师领导力有其不同的内涵特征,其评价指标体系构建亦有明显的不同。在清晰界定教师领导力概念与内涵的基础上,充分借鉴国内外多种领导力模型量表,拟定不同维度一级指标五个,即专业引领力、文化感召力、组织协调力、决策建议力和社会影响力,拟定二级指标22项,如专业功底、开放文化、组织互动、积极变革、认同体现等,建构成人高校教师领导力评价指标体系。然后运用德尔菲法(Delphi)对22项评价指标进行判断和筛选,得到20个正式评估指标;运用层次分析法(AHP),确定了指标的权重系数。研究结果表明,构建的教师领导力评价指标体系具有较高的信效度,能够精准测定我国成人高校教师领导力的实然状况,为成人高校教师发展提供有力指导。As an important professional force,teacher leadership plays a crucial role in educational reform.Teacher leadership in different types of colleges and universities has different connotations and characteristics,and their evaluation index system construction is also significantly different.Based on clearly defined concepts and connotations of teacher leadership,this paper fully draws on various leadership model scales at home and abroad.It establishes a new evaluation index system.First-level indicators have five items,namely,professional leadership,cultural charisma,organizational coordination,decision-making advice,and social influence.Second-level indicators have twenty-two items,such as professional skills,open culture,organizational interaction,positive change,and identification.Then,the study uses the Delphi method to judge and screen twenty-two indicators,obtaining twenty formal evaluation indicators.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)determines the weight coefficient of the index.Results show that the constructed evaluation index system of teacher leadership has high reliability and validity.It can accurately measure the actual situation of teacher leadership in adult colleges and universities in China,and provide strong guidance for the development of adult college teachers.
