摘  要:文章审视了在大类招生情境下,高校人才培养所面临的专业发展失衡、学生专业选择成本增加等问题,论证了广泛开展大学生生涯规划教育的现实必要性,指出生涯规划教育有助于缓解通识教育资源供给不足,降低学生专业选择成本,平衡专业发展,助力学生全面发展。基于学生发展理论构建以核心素养培养为主要目标的大学生生涯规划教育“三维度-四阶段”实施路径,为学生发展提供坚实基础,提升人才培养质量。This article examines the problems of imbalanced professional development and the increase in the cost of students’ major selection in the context of large-scale enrollment in colleges and universities,and demonstrates the practical necessity of widely developing college students’ career planning education.The article points out that career planning education can help alleviate the shortage of general education resources,reduce the cost of students’ major selection,balance professional development,and help improve students’ all-round development.Based on the student development theory,a "three-dimensional-four-stage" implementation path of college students’ career planning education with core literacy training as the main goal is constructed to lay a solid foundation for student’s development,and improve the quality of personal training.
