摘 要:基于修正惯用法和精细化数值模拟2种计算方法,分析了盾构隧道管片力学性能的差异性,以及在不同地层下管片内力的变化规律。结果表明:在均匀地层中采用修正惯用法计算的弯矩值和剪力值均大于精细化数值模拟的计算值,但轴力值小于精细化数值模拟的计算值,修正惯用法趋于最不利情况计算,具有充足、安全的储备空间;在上下不均匀地层中的上方地层与均匀地层相同,两者的弯矩与剪力分布情况相同,下方的微风化灰岩层影响了管片内力的分布,弯矩与剪力在交界面处有突变现象,轴力远大于均匀地层,采用修正惯用法计算的弯矩值和剪力值均大于精细化数值模拟的计算值,但轴力值小于精细化数值模拟的计算值;在左右不均匀地层中管片内力分布也受到了影响,但影响程度小于上下不均匀地层,修正惯用法与精细化数值模拟的差异性与上下不均匀地层相似。The difference of mechanical properties of shield tunnel segment and internal force of the segment under different strata are analyzed by modified routine method and fine numerical simulation. The results show that the bending moment and shear force calculated by the modified routine method in the uniform stratum are larger than those calculated by fine numerical simulation, but the axial force value is less. The modified routine method tends to be the most unfavorable calculation and has sufficient safe reserve space;The upper stratum in the upper and lower inhomogeneous strata are the same as the uniform stratum, and both the distribution of bending moment and shear force are similar. The lower slightly weathered limestone layer affects the internal force distribution of the segment.The bending moment and shear force sudden change at the interface. The axial force is also much larger than that in uniform strata. The bending moment and shear force calculated by the modified routine method are larger than those calculated by fine numerical simulation, but the axial force is less;The internal force distribution of the segment is affected in the left and right inhomogeneous strata which the degree is less than the upper and lower uneven stratum.The difference between the modified conventional method and the fine numerical simulation is similar to the upper and lower uneven stratum.
