摘　　要：【目的】明确八大香型典型产地烤烟中部烟叶较适宜的复烤干燥温度范围。【方法】选取八大香型典型产地中部烟叶,在不同复烤干燥温度下对烟叶感官质量、风格特征进行评价。【结果】(1)清甜香型、清甜蜜甜香型和木香蜜甜香型中部烟叶适宜在70℃复烤干燥温度下加工;(2)蜜甜香型、醇甜香型和焦甜醇甜香型烟叶适宜在75℃复烤干燥温度下加工;(3)焦甜焦香型和焦香蜜甜香型烟叶适宜在75℃~80℃复烤干燥温度下加工。【结论】根据不同香型烤烟烟叶适宜的复烤干燥温度进行配方模块设计、配方模块复烤加工,可彰显烟叶香气风格特征,提升总体感官质量。[Background]This study aims to clarify the suitable redrying and drying temperature range of middle tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco with eight flavor types from the typical producing areas.[Methods]The middle tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco with eight flavor types from the typical producing areas were selected as the research objects,and their sensory quality and style characteristics were evaluated under different redrying and drying temperatures.[Results](1)The redrying and drying temperature for the middle tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco with the fresh-sweetness aroma type,the fresh-sweetness and honeysweet aromatype,the woody and honeysweet aroma type is70℃.(2)The redrying and drying temperature for the middle tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco with honeysweet aroma type,the burnt-sweetness aroma type and alcohol sweetness aroma type is 75℃.(3)The redrying and drying temperature for the middle tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco with the burnt-sweetness and burnt aroma type and burnt and honeysweet aroma type is 75℃-80℃.[Conclusion]Formula module design and redrying processing can be conducted according to the suitable redrying and drying temperature range flue-cured tobacco with different aroma types so as to highlight the aroma style characteristics of tobacco leaves and improve the overall sensory quality.
