摘  要:经济社会发展需要高素质创新性技能型人才,中职教育是培养技能型人才的基础阶段。本研究采用半结构访谈法和扎根理论研究法,以Z省部分中职学校推荐的26名优秀毕业生为研究对象,探索了中职创新性技能型人才成长的规律及其影响因素。研究结果表明,中职创新性技能型人才的养成是一个较为漫长而螺旋的过程,成长过程受多因素影响,学校培养是基础影响因素,个人品质形成是核心影响因素,而环境因素对中职创新性技能型人才的养成同样存在重要影响。基于实证依据,促进创新性技能型人才成长,需要重塑目标定位,培养创新人才;变革课程内容,注重人格塑造;优化实践操作,促进创新生成;营造民主氛围,实施环境育人。Economic and social development requires high-quality innovative and skilled talents,and secondary vocational education is the foundational stage for the cultivation of skilled talents.Taking 26 outstanding graduates in innovation and entrepreneurship in secondary vocational schools as research objects,this research adopts semi-structured interview and grounded theory research method to explore the interfering factors of innovative and skilled talents in secondary vocational schools.The research results show that,in secondary vocational schools,the development of innovative and skilled talents is a relatively long and spiral process,which can be influenced by many factors.School training is the basic influencing factor,and the formation of personal qualities is the core influencing factor.Environmental factors are also important to the development of innovative and skilled talents.Based on empirical evidence,it needs to reshape the target orientation to cultivate innovative talents;reform the curriculum content and attach great importance to the shaping of personality;optimize practical operations to promote innovation;and creat a democratic atmosphere which is conducive to environment-based education to promote the growth of innovative skilled talents.
