摘  要:通过12859份有效问卷调查,结合描述性分析和差异性分析,从薪酬预期、单位性质预期、地域选择预期、单位行业预期及职位预期5个方面对大学生的就业期望进行描述性分析;对性别、专业类别、户籍类型3个维度进行差异性研究,探讨应用型本科院校大学生就业期望倾向和个体特征的差异性影响。研究结果显示:当代大学生择业最关注的是薪酬,受社会价值取向多元化、务实化的影响,大学生对薪酬的期望比较理性;大学生的择业期望具有明显的特征差异性。在此基础上,提出相关建议:大学生要树立正确积极的就业价值观;学校要加强职业规划和就业指导,实施差别化就业指导政策。Through 12859 valid questionnaires, combined with descriptive analysis and difference analysis, this paper makes a descriptive analysis on the employment expectation of students from five aspects: salary expectation, work unit nature expectation, regional selection expectation, work unit industry expectation and position expectation, to research on the differences in three dimensions: gender, major category and registered residence type, and to explore the differential effects of application-oriented undergraduate graduates’ employment expectation tendency and individual characteristics. Relevant conclusions are drawn, including that contemporary students are most concerned about salary when choosing a career, and under the influence of diversified and pragmatic social value orientation, students’ expectations for salary are relatively rational;students’ career expectations have obvious characteristic differences. On this basis, relevant suggestions are put forward, including that students’ should establish correct and positive employment values, schools should strengthen career planning and employment guidance, and implement differentiated employment guidance policies.
