摘 要:目的:探讨健身瑜伽干预对高职护生学习倦怠的影响。方法:通过张贴海报招募喜爱健身瑜伽的实验组学生40人,根据实验组学生的性别、年级、居住地筛选出相应的40人为对照组。实验组给予健身瑜伽干预12周,对照组不做任何干预。比较两组学生干预前后学习倦怠情况。结果:实验组学习倦怠后测均值低于前测均值,t=3.410,P=0.008,达到显著性差异水平;实验组情绪低落维度后测均值低于前测均值,t=3.588,P=0.006,达到显著性差异水平;实验组不良行为和低成就感维度后测均值低于前测均值,P=0.036和P=0.029,均达到差异水平。结论:健身瑜伽可显著改善高职护生学习倦怠状况,对学习倦怠总量中3个维度(情绪低落、行为不当、低成就感)均有改善,其中情绪低落改善更为显著。Objective: To explore the effect of fitness yoga intervention on learning burnout of higher vocational nursing students.Method: 40 students in the experimental group who are interested in fitness yoga were recruited by posting posters, and the corresponding 40 were selected as the control group according to the gender, grade and residence of the students in the experimental group. The experimental group was given fitness yoga intervention for 12 weeks, while the control group did not do any intervention. The situation of learning burnout before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.Results: The post test mean of learning burnout in the experimental group was lower than the pre test mean, t=3.410, P=0.008, reaching a significant difference level.The post test mean of depression dimension in the experimental group was lower than the pre test mean, t=3.588,P=0.006, reaching a significant difference level. The post test mean of bad behavior and low sense of achievement in the experimental group was lower than the pre test mean, P=0.036 and P=0.029, both reaching the difference level.Conclusion: Fitness yoga can significantly improve the learning burnout of vocational nursing students. It can improve the three dimensions of learning burnout(depression, misconduct, low sense of achievement), especially depression.
