摘  要:已有安全事故分析表明,人的不安全行为是引发事故的一个重要因素。文章通过引入情绪智力理论的观点和基本内容,借鉴该理论在相关领域的应用经验,采用问卷调查方法探索情绪智力、高校实验室安全绩效、工作满意度三者之间的关系,并在此基础上提出了高校实验室安全管理对策。研究表明,实验人员的情绪智力对高校实验室安全绩效具有显著的正向影响,而工作满意度在情绪智力与高校实验室安全绩效之间起着部分中介作用。研究结果可为高校提升实验室安全管理水平提供新的思路。Safety accident analysis shows that people’s unsafe behavior is an important factor leading to accidents. This paper introduces the viewpoint and basic content of emotional intelligence theory, and draws lessons from the application experience of emotional intelligence theory in related fields. Questionnaire survey was used to explore the relationship among emotional intelligence, laboratory safety performance and job satisfaction, and the corresponding laboratory safety management countermeasures are put forward. The results show that emotional intelligence has a significant positive impact on laboratory safety performance in colleges and universities, and job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between emotional intelligence and laboratory safety performance in colleges and universities. This study can provide a new way for colleges and universities to improve the safety management level of labratory.
