摘  要:班级“导师制”是学校为深入推进素质教育,落实立德树人这一育人根本任务而提出的全员育人的一项管理制度改革,也是促进学校持续健康内涵发展的有效手段。然而,班级改革的推进取决于学校青年教师的参与度、主动性和成效,班级“导师制”管理改革的顺利推进需要校长与教师形成合力。班级管理改革在现实推进中,反映出校长与教师存在冲突与和谐两种工作关系:校长若诉诸指令、控制和威权,会导致教师的排斥、敷衍和抗拒;校长若凭借关怀、引领和赋权,则会赢得教师的参与、回应和承诺。借鉴约瑟夫·奈的软权力理论透视学校“导师制”改革的推进,可为构建学校场域中和谐有序的校长-教师关系提供全新思路。Class"tutorial system"is a management system reform of full personnel education,which is an effective means to promote the sustainable and healthy connotation development of the school.However,the promotion of class reform depends on the participation,initiative and effectiveness of the school’s young teachers.The smooth promotion of the class"tutorial system"management reform needs the joint efforts of the principal and teachers.In the real management reform,there are two kinds of working relationship between principals and teachers:conflict and harmony.If principals resort to command,control and authority,teachers will reject,perfunctory and resist.Principals who care,lead and empower will win teachers’participation,response and commitment.Using Joseph Nye’s soft power theory to look into the reform of school"tutorial system"can provide a new way of thinking for constructing harmonious and orderly principal-teacher relationship in school field.
