摘 要:“双减”背景下,集团化办学需要通过管理领域的变革来落实“双减”政策。学生管理方面,如何在进一步减轻作业负担的同时提高整个集团的教育教学质量?教师管理方面,如何进行评价方式的改革,克服唯分数、唯升学率的倾向?“双减”背景下,“减负”与“增效”如何并行,课后服务能否满足学生个性化发展?北京一零一中教育集团通过管理机制变革构建科学的组织管理架构,不断创新工作机制来落实“双减”政策的要求,从常态课质量管理、科学设计学科作业、提供高质量课后服务课程等方面入手,进行减负增效探索实践。Under the background of"double reduction"policy,group-running school needs to implement the"double reduction"policy through the reform in the management field.In terms of student management,how to further improve the quality of education and teaching of the whole group while reducing the homework burden of students?In terms of teacher management,how to reform the evaluation method while overcome the tendency of only paying attention to score and proportion of students entering schools of a higher grade?Under the background of"double reduction",how to make"reduce burden"in parallel with"efficiency increase"?Can after-school service meet the personalized development of students?To implement the"double reduction"policy,Beijing 101 Education Group change the management mechanism and build a scientific organization and management structure,innovative working mechanism to implement the requirements of the policy,including improving the normal class quality management,scientific designing subject homework management,providing diversified,high quality after-school service course management,etc.The education group is making a practical exploration.
