摘  要:该文以瑜伽学历教育专业人才培养为研究对象,运用文献资料、实地调研、专家咨询等方法,分析瑜伽学历教育的学科特性和课程特点,审视人才培养过程中的短板不足,结合瑜伽中国化和瑜伽社会推广需求,提出提高专业人才培养质量的思考和建议。研究认为,瑜伽特殊的外来属性、体育形式、哲学内涵、文化特质和科学价值,使得高校瑜伽本科专业在学科建设、人才培养和教学管理提升各方面,必须更贴近瑜伽中国化和瑜伽产业发展需求,突出专业特色特点,紧扣专业建设五大指标、抓好人才培养的顶层设计,挖掘健身瑜伽的体育人文精神,推动课程思政建设,聚焦市场需求,促进产教协同育人机制建立,创新教学模式,提升课堂教学质量。Taking yoga academic education professional talent cultivation as the research object,using literature,field research and expert consultation,this paper analyzes the discipline characteristics and curriculum characteristics of yoga education,examines the shortcomings in the process of talent training,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on improving the quality of professional talent training in combination with the needs of yoga localization in China and yoga social promotion.According to the research,the special external attribute,sports form,philosophical connotation,cultural characteristics and scientific value of yoga make the undergraduate yoga major in colleges and universities closer to the needs of the localization of yoga in China and the development of yoga industry in all aspects of discipline construction,talent training and teaching management improvement,highlight the characteristics of the specialty,closely follow the five major indicators of specialty construction,pay attention to the top-level design of talent training,and tap the sports humanistic spirit of fitness yoga,promote the curriculum ideological and political construction,focus on the market demand,promote the establishment of a mechanism for collaborative education between production and education,innovate the teaching mode,and improve the quality of classroom teaching.
