摘 要:源于“太虚之气”的“天地之性”是先天的纯善,是人的本性所在;而同样源于“太虚之气”的“气质之性”则昏明晦暗,含有恶的成分,会蒙蔽先天的善。纯善的“天地之性”在人类社会中具有超越性的价值追求指向,人们通过“善反”使“气质之性”归于“天地之性”,并不断追求最高的人生修养境界,使道德境界不断提升。"Tiandi zhi xing"(nature of heaven and earth), which originates from "taixu zhi qi"(the vital force of the universe), being innately pure and good, is where the nature of human beings lies. However, "qizhi zhi xing"(nature of man’s temperament), which also originates from "taixu zhi qi", is dark and obscure, and the elements of evil embedded in it would hold the innate goodness back. The pure goodness of "tiandi zhi xing" has a supreme value for humans to pursue. By "shan fan"(self-restraining), people can make "qizhi zhi xing" return to "tiandi zhi xing", constantly pursue the highest state of life, and upgrade their moral realm.
