摘  要:开展校企合作技术研发增强职业教育适应性,需要对合作知识产权进行合理分配和充分保护。科教融汇视域下,高职院校合作研发存在理念调和障碍、运营制度障碍、制度协调障碍引发的合作知识产权冲突。合理实施合作知识产权分配,可从凝聚互惠性参与共识、完善知识产权价值评估制度、健全共同权益分配机制、强化“契约化”管理、畅通校企信息沟通渠道五个方面着力。落实高职院校合作知识产权的保护,要健全专业化管理机构、完善全域性保护机制、构建常态化合作格局以及增强系统性政策供给。In order to enhance the adaptability of vocational education, it is necessary to allocate and protect the intellectual property rights of cooperation. From the perspective of the integration of science and education, the cooperative research and development of higher vocational colleges has the obstacles of concept coordination, operation system and system coordination, which lead to the conflict of cooperative intellectual property rights. The rational implementation of cooperative intellectual property distribution focuses on five aspects: building reciprocal participation consensus, improving intellectual property value evaluation system, perfecting common rights and interests distribution mechanism, strengthening“contractual”management,and unclog school-enterprise information communication channels. To implement the protection of cooperative intellectual property in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to perfect the specialized management organization, perfect the comprehensive protection mechanism, build the normal cooperation pattern and strengthen the systematic policy supply.
