摘　　要：建设高水平专业群是高职院校高质量发展的根本遵循,也是高职院校内涵发展的突破口。当前我国的高职教育人才供给与产业人才需求在结构、质量、水平上还不能完全适应,尤其是产业转型升级背景下,高职智能制造类专业群在培养高素质复合型技术技能人才方面还存在课程内容“重制造、轻信息”,技能训练“重专项、轻集成”,教师技术“重专精、轻跨界”等不足。文章阐述了提升智能制造类专业群具有系统观的高素质复合型技术技能人才培养质量的有效举措,包括名企引领、技术融合,重构“制造+信息”专业群课程体系;系统导向、平台支撑,重构专业群实践教学体系;企业轮训、专业跨界,打造复合型结构化教学团队等,实践表明该举措取得了良好的育人成效。The construction of high-level professional groups is the fundamental principle for the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges, and also the breakthrough for the connotation development of higher vocational colleges. At present, China’s higher vocational education talent supply and industrial talent demand cannot fully adapt in structure, quality and level. Especially in the context of industrial transformation and upgrading, the professional group of intelligent manufacturing in higher vocational education still has deficiencies in the curriculum content of "emphasizing manufacturing, ignoring information", skill training "emphasizing specialty,ignoring integration", and teacher technology "emphasizing specialization, ignoring cross-border".This paper expounds the effective measures to improve the training quality of high-quality and complex technical talents with a systematic view in intelligent manufacturing specialty group,including leading by famous enterprises, technology integration, and restructuring the curriculum system of "manufacturing+information" specialty group;System-oriented, platform-supported, and reconstruction of professional group practice teaching system;The practice of enterprise rotation training, professional cross-border training, and building a compound structured teaching team has shown that it has achieved good educational results.
