摘 要:为了有效隔离舰船动力机械产生的低频线谱,本文基于电磁橡胶液压一体化主被动混合隔振器,开展混合隔振器的自适应控制研究。首先,将小波包自适应控制算法与Hartley域块算法相结合,提高控制系统的收敛速度;其次,分析块算法中时滞现象对控制系统的影响,并提出时滞在线估计与预测补偿算法,改善控制系统的控制精度,同时对时滞补偿算法的可行性进行仿真分析。实验结果表明,所提出的改进自适应控制算法能够很好地应用于主被动混合隔振器,有效隔离低频线谱。In order to effectively isolate the low-frequency line spectrum generated by the ship machinery,based on the electromagnetic rubber hydraulic integrated active-passive hybrid vibration isolator,the adaptive control research of a hybrid vibration isolator was carried out in this paper.Firstly,the wavelet packet adaptive control algorithm was combined with the Hartley domain block algorithm to improve the convergence speed of the control system.Then,the influence of the time delay phenomenon in the block algorithm on the control system was analyzed.The time delay online estimation and predictive compensation algorithm was proposed to improve the accuracy of the control system.Meanwhile,the feasibility of the time delay compensation algorithm was analyzed.The experimental results show that the proposed adaptive control algorithm can be well applied to hybrid vibration isolators,which can effectively isolate the low-frequency line spectrum.
