摘  要:随着列车速度加快、装载质量增加、地形越来越复杂,轮对磨损问题日益严重。针对该问题,文中设计一种新型主动径向转向架,分析其径向转向结构和原理,采用模糊PID控制器控制作动器作动以实现实时地控制轮对处于径向位置,并建立仿真模型分析其动力学性能和轮对磨耗。列车安装该主动径向机构,加强了车辆各部件之间的连接,优化了车辆直线运行时车辆的运行稳定性和横向稳定性指标。转向架通过曲线时各关键指标大幅改善,大大提高了转向架的曲线通过性能,成功解决了转向架运行稳定性与曲线通过性能的矛盾。4种车辆运行于相同大曲率曲线轨道上时,主动径向车辆车轮磨耗指数最小,只有常规车辆的20%左右,能极大降低车轮磨耗,提高轮对的使用寿命,降低运行成本。With the increase of the speed,loading weight and terrain complexity of railway vehicles,the wheel and rail wear issue becomes more and more serious.To solve this problem,we design a new type of active radial bogie,and analyze its radial steering structure and principle.A fuzzy PID controller is used to control the actuator to realize real-time control wheel in the radial position.Finally we establish a simulation model to analyze its dynamic performance and wheel wear.The active radial mechanism is installed in the train which strengthens the connection between various parts of the vehicle and optimizes the operation stability and lateral stability indexes of the vehicle when the vehicle is running in a straight line.When the bogie passes through the curve,the key indexes are greatly improved,which greatly improves the curve passing performance of the bogie,and successfully solves the contradiction between the running stability of the bogie and the curve passing performance.When four kinds of vehicles run on the track with the same curvature curve,the wheel wear index of the active radial vehicle is the smallest,only about 20% of that of the conventional vehicle.The use of active radial vehicle can greatly reduce the wheel wear,improve the service life of the wheel set,reduce the operating cost,and has a good application prospect.
