摘 要:文中根据CR400BF型动车组异常振动情况,通过故障数据分析及理论计算的方式,从轮对多边形、等效锥度、动车组设计等方面深入研究动车组垂向、横向晃振动的影响因素,数据表明动车组异常振动与踏面类型及旋修后走行公里有关;轮对多边形在14~21阶范围内在垂向可引起转向架共振,对车体垂向振动影响小;等效锥度在0.004~0.015范围内可引起车体横向共振;连通式空气弹簧设计不利于车体振动衰减;制定检修项点。Based on the abnormal vibration of CR400BF EMU,through data analysis and theoretical calculations,the paper makes a profound study the influencing factors of the vertical and lateral vibration of the EMU from the aspects of wheel polygonization,equivalent conicity,structural design,etc.The data shows that the abnormal vibration of the EMU is related to the wheel tread profile and the running distance after wheel profile;the 14-21 order of wheel polygonization can cause resonance of bogie in the vertical direction,and has little effect on the vertical vibration of the vehicle;the equivalent conicity in the range of 0.004-0.015 can cause lateral resonance of the vehicle;connected air spring design is not conducive to vibration attenuation of the vehicle.Finally,the checking items are determined.
