职业教育服务乡村振兴战略的路径探索

摘　　要：分析了当前职业教育服务乡村振兴战略中存在的问题及成因。在此基础上,对职业教育更好地服务乡村振兴战略的路径进行探索:重新认识职业教育的地位与作用,更新全民职教观;构建职业教育服务乡村振兴的新“域场”;增强职业教育供给与乡村振兴的耦合匹配;大力实施职业农民培训工程,提升乡村人力资本。对当前推进全面乡村振兴和职业教育改革具有重要现实意义。The paper expounds the important role of vocational education in realizing rural talent revitalization,promoting rural industry development,and comprehensively serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and analyzes the problems existing in the current vocational education serving the rural revitalization strategy.On this basis,the path of vocational education better serving the rural revitalization strategy is explored.It is advisable to reexamine the position and role of vocational education,update the national vocational education concept,build a new field of vocational education serving the rural revitalization,strengthen the coupling match of vocational education supply and the rural revitalization,vigorously implement the training project for professional farmers,and enhance the rural human capital,which is of great practical significance to the promotion of the comprehensive rural revitalization and vocational education reform.
