摘 要:随着人们对美好生活的追求,天然健康的蜂产品越来越受到人们的喜爱。由于生产和环境因素导致的农药和兽药残留在蜂产品中时有发生,在影响消费者健康的同时也会影响蜜蜂种群的生态。因此,本文综述了蜂产品中农药及兽药残留的现状及其检验检测技术发展方向,以期为蜂产品农兽药安全分析及其检测方法发展提供一定依据。With people’s pursuit of a better life,natural and healthy bee products are more and more popular.Pesticide and veterinary drug residues were usually detected in bee products because of production and environmental factors,which will affect the health of consumers and the ecology of bee populations.In this paper,the current situation and development of detection methods of agricultural and veterinary drugs residue in bee products were reviewed.It is expected to provide some basis for the safety analysis of bee products and the development of detection methods.
