摘  要:目的:探讨CBL与PBL联合教学模式在口腔颌面外科学理论教学中的应用。方法:选取某医科大学口腔医学院2018级口腔专业本科生,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组班级接受传统教学方法教学,研究组采用CBL+PBL教学法,比较分析两种教学方法的教学效果。结果:研究组学生考试成绩高于对照组班级(t=6.356,P<0.001),研究组学生案例分析题目得分高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(t=10.169,P<0.001),而两组间传统题目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CBL+PBL教学法在口腔颌面外科学理论教学中效果明显,特别是能提升学生案例分析能力。Objective:To explore the application of CBL and PBL combined teaching mode in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery theoretical education.Methods:Undergraduate students of Year 2018 majoring in stomatology,School of Stomatology,Anhui Medical University were chosen as subjects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Compare and analyze the teaching effect of the control group which received traditional teaching model,and the research group which adopted CBL+PBL teaching model.Results:The test scores of the CBL+PBL group were higher than the control group(t=6.356,P<0.001).According to the types of question,the case analysis group scored higher than the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(t=10.169,P<0.001),while there was no statistical difference between the two control groups.Conclusion:CBL+PBL teaching method has obvious effect in oral and maxillofacial surgery theory teaching,especially improving students’case analysis ability.
