摘 要:目的:调查安徽省中专护理在校生的护士核心能力并分析其影响因素,旨在推进中专护生人才培养质量。方法:采用调查量表,通过问卷星线上调查方式,对安徽省6所中专护理学校在校生护士核心能力进行整群抽样调查。结果:共调查2437人,其中有效问卷2393份。调查人群中护士核心能力批判性思维、科研维度得分为(14.94±6.27)分,临床护理维度得分为(18.57±8.01)分,人际关系维度得分为(16.36±6.37)分,专业发展维度得分为(12.32±4.93)分,教育、咨询维度得分为(11.27±5.22)分,法律、伦理实践维度得分为(17.68±6.80)分,领导能力维度得分为(19.27±7.56)分。进一步分析发现亲属是否从事医护工作、生源地是护士核心能力的影响因素,而学业倦怠和社会支持与护士核心能力之间虽然呈正相关,但是相关性较弱。结论:中专护理在校生虽然护士核心能力整体水平相对较低,但是早期接触临床能够帮助中专护理学生提升护士核心能力。因此,中专护理教育者应该进一步推动护理教育教学改革,全面贯彻早临床、多临床、反复临床的实践教学理念。Objective:To investigate the core competence of nurses of nursing students in technical secondary school in Anhui province and analyze its influencing factors aimed to promote the quality of vocational nursing students’talent training.Method:A cluster sampling survey was conducted on the core competence of nurses in 6 secondary nursing schools in Anhui province by means of the survey scale and the Star Line.Result:A total of 2437 students were surveyed,2393 were valid questionnaires.In the survey group,the score of critical thinking and scientific research of nurses’core competence was(14.94±6.27),the score of clinical nursing was(18.57±8.01),the score of interpersonal relationship was(16.36±6.37)and the score of professional development was(12.32±4.93).The score of education and counseling was(11.27±5.22),the score of law and ethical practice was(17.68±6.80),and the score of leadership was(19.27±7.56).Further analysis showed that whether relatives were engaged in medical work and the place of origin had influence on the core competence of nurses,while academic burnout and social support were positively correlated with the core competence of nurses,but the correlation was weak.Conclusion:Although the overall level of nursing core competence of nursing students in technical secondary school is relatively low,early exposure to clinical practice can help them improve their core competence.Therefore,educators in technical secondary school should further promote the reform of nursing education and teaching,comprehensively implement the early clinical,multi-clinical and repeated clinical practice teaching concept.
