摘　　要：在少数民族地区,地方民俗、建筑文化决定了建筑设计的地域性。但开发商为了追求经济利益,忽略居住区建筑地域特征营造,导致住区住宅的现代形式与建设用地的地域性矛盾加深。鉴于此,文章归纳了土家族传统建筑的特征,提出了土家族传统特征现代化的推演方式,并运用设计案例验证,对土家族传统特征现代化在住区建筑的表达方式进行评价优化,形成具有反馈性的土家族传统建筑特征转译的结构系统,为居住区建筑的地域性设计表达提供思考框架。In minority areas,local folk customs and architectural culture determine the regionality of architectural design.However,in order to pursue economic benefits,the developers ignore the construction of regional characteristics of residential buildings,which leads to the deepening contradiction between the modern form of residential buildings and the regional construction land.In view of this,this paper summarizes the characteristics of traditional Tujia architecture,puts forward the characteristics of Tujia traditional modernization way of deduction,and using design case validation,characteristics of Tujia traditional modernization in residential building expression to evaluate optimization,forming characteristics of Tujia traditional architecture with feedback to translate the structure of the system.It provides a thinking frame for regional design expression of residential buildings.
