摘  要:文章以苏州轨道交通1号~5号线盾构隧道衬砌结构为原型,进行了设计荷载下受力性能的足尺试验研究。基于苏州实际情况,综合考虑埋深、地层、荷载分项系数等不同因素,共完成了21组设计荷载的试验,得到了各工况隧道结构的裂缝、收敛变形、纵缝螺栓应力和结构内力等物理量。基于试验成果,讨论了不同荷载工况下修正惯用法弯矩传递系数的建议取值,发现现行设计所采用的ξ=0.3偏于保守,实际的ξ值在0.10~0.18之间。Targeting the lining structure of Suzhou Rail Transit Line No.1 ~5 shield tunnel, full-scale experiment is carried out to study mechanical behaviors under design load condition. A total of 21 groups of design load tests have been completed corresponding to actual situation of Suzhou, which considers different factors such as buried depth, geological condition and load factor. Structural effect is obtained, including distribution of cracks, structural deformation, strain of longitudinal joint bolts and internal force. Based on the experiment results, suggestive value of bending moment transferring coefficients (ξ)of modified routine method is discussed, considering different design load condition. It is discussed that ξ=0.3 used in current design is conservative, while the actual value of ξ is between 0.10~0.18.
