摘　　要：《庄子》和《易传》的“言意之辨”开中国哲学史上“言意之辨”的始端。《庄子》重视“意”的追寻,《易传》关注何以“尽意”。《庄子》《易传》的“言意之辨”,皆认识到语言达意功能的局限性,认识到“言意”在显现最高的本体时的价值定位、实现路径,以及以直觉、体验之实践性来达致最高本体的可行性。但二者的言说方式、具体内涵、目标旨归的差别,则凸显了儒道的学术立场、致思路向、精神风貌之异质。结合《庄子》《易传》“言意之辨”比观,可见二者对“言意之辨”做由认识论到境界论的转换,“意”的追寻即为对终极之“道”的体认,儒道不同的精神追求不仅以“言意之辨”为立基点,以“意”的追寻为终极旨归,且分别体现在二者具体的体道过程中。The theory of “words and meanings” in Zhuang Zi and Yi Zhuan opened the beginning of “the discrimination between words and meanings” in the history of Chinese philosophy. Zhuang Zi attaches great importance to the pursuit of “meaning”, and Yi Zhuan pays attention to how to “completely reveal the meaning”. The theory of “words and meanings” in Zhuang Zi and Yi Zhuan all recognize the limitations of language expressing meaning, the value positioning and realization path of “words and meanings” in the manifestation of the highest ontology, as well as the practicality of intuition and experience. To achieve the feasibility of the highest ontology. However, the differences in the way of speaking, the specific connotation, and the goals and objectives of the two highlighted the differences in the academic standpoint, the direction of thought, and spiritual outlook of Confucianism and Taoism. Combined with the comparison of “words and meanings” in Zhuang Zi and Yi Zhuan, it can be seen that the two have transformed the “words and meanings” from epistemology to realm theory, so that the pursuit of “meaning” is the realization of the ultimate “Tao”. It is recognized that the different spiritual pursuits of Confucianism and Taoism are not only based on the identification of “words and meanings”, but also take the pursuit of “meaning” as the ultimate purpose, and are respectively reflected in the specific process of the two.
