摘 要:收益预期是初中毕业生教育分流的重要决策依据。在社会变迁视角下,以1989―2015年CHNS纵向调查数据为基础,采用增长曲线模型,分析中等职业教育与普通高中教育获得者的个体收入轨迹及队列差异。研究发现:在整体样本中,中等职业教育获得者的初始收入要高于普通高中教育获得者,收入差距呈不断扩大趋势;分队列来看,50年代与60年代出生的中等职业教育获得者收入增长速度较快,与普通高中教育者收入差距随年龄增加而扩大;70年代以来出生的中等职业教育获得者与普通高中教育获得者整体收入各具优劣,中等职业教育获得者早期收入较高,随年龄增长,普通高中教育获得者收入优势显现。建议根据实际需求选择就读高中类型,增加普通高中学生就业能力,提高技能型人才的社会地位,健全国家职业培训体系,推进终身学习。Income expectation is an important decision-making basis for the education diversion of junior middle school graduates. From the perspective of social change, based on the CHNS longitudinal survey data from 1989 to 2015,the growth curve model was used to analyze the individual income trajectory and cohort differences between secondary vocational education and general high school education recipients.The results show that: in the whole sample, the initial income of secondary vocational education recipients is higher than that of general high school education recipients, and the income gap shows a widening trend;In terms of subdivisions, the income of secondary vocational education recipients born in the 1950s and 1960s grew faster, and the income gap between them and general high school educators widened with the increase of age.The overall income of secondary vocational education recipients and regular high school education recipients born since the 1970s has its own advantages and disadvantages.Secondary vocational education recipients have higher income in the early period, but with the increase of age, the income advantage of general high school education recipients shows.It is suggested to choose the type of high school according to the actual demand, increase the employability of general high school students, improve the social status of skilled talents, improve the national vocational training system and promote lifelong learning.
