摘 要:目的:探讨中等强度啦啦操对4~5岁幼儿执行功能的改善效果,为体育运动促进幼儿认知能力提供实践引导和理论基础。方法:采用文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,以4~5岁幼儿为实验对象,进行12周中等强度啦啦操运动干预,对照组进行相同时间的常规体育运动,实验干预前后均采用熊猫—狮子任务、科斯积木、灵活选择任务测量工具对幼儿执行功能的3个维度进行测试,讨论分析幼儿执行功能的变化情况。结果:经过12周的中等强度啦啦操教学干预,实验组幼儿在实验前后抑制控制能力提升非常显著(P<0.01),工作记忆显著提升(P<0.05),认知灵活性没有发生显著性变化。对照组幼儿在实验前后执行功能的3个维度成绩均有提升,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:12周中等强度啦啦操干预,促进了幼儿的抑制控制能力,但对认知灵活性没有产生积极影响。啦啦操可以作为促进4~5岁幼儿执行功能发展的有效干预手段。Objective:To explore the improvement effect of moderate-intensity cheerleading on executive function of children aged 4-5,so as to provide practical guidance and theoretical basis for sports to promote children’s cognitive ability.Methods:By using the methods of literature,interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,children aged 4-5 were taken as the experimental subjects to carry out 12-week moderate-intensity cheerleading exercise intervention,and the control class carried out routine sports at the same time.Before and after the experimental intervention,the three dimensions of children’s executive function were tested with the panda-lion task,coase blocks and flexible choice of task measurement tools,and the changes of children’s executive function was discussed and analyzed.Results:After 12-week moderate-intensity cheerleading teaching intervention,the inhibition control ability of children in the experimental group improved significantly before and after the experiment(P<0.01),working memory improved significantly(P<0.05),and cognitive flexibility did not change significantly.The children in the control group improved in the three dimensions of executive function before and after the experiment,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:After 12-week moderate-intensity cheerleading intervention,children’s inhibition and control ability was promoted,but there was no positive impact on their cognitive flexibility.Cheerleading can be used as an effective intervention means to promote the development of executive function of children aged 4~5.
