摘　　要：课程思政是立德树人和全面培养人才的重要战略举措,要把思想政治教育有机融合到专业课程中,做到全员、全过程、全方位的三全教育。该文从大学体育健美操课程角度出发,追溯了课程思政的理论根源,分析了课程思政的重要意义,总结了健美操课程思政的主要内容,深度剖析了健美操课程思政的实施方案,并简要展示了健美操课程思政的案例。结合健美操课程的专业特点,深挖健美操课堂的思政元素,并根植于具体的教学课堂中,完善健美操课程思政体系,全面推进高校课程思政建设,更好地推动健美操课程思政教学的开展。Curriculum ideological and political education is an important strategic measure to establish morality and cultivate talents in an all-round way.It organically integrates ideological and political education into professional courses to achieve three-wide education of"all-staff,whole-process and all-round".From the perspective of the college sports aerobics course,this paper traces back to the theoretical root of curriculum ideological and political education,analyzes the significance of curriculum ideological and political education,summarizes the main content of aerobics curriculum ideological and political education,deeply analyzes the implementation plan of aerobics curriculum ideological and political education,and briefly shows the case of aerobics curriculum ideological and political education.In combination with the professional characteristics of aerobics courses,we should dig deeply into the ideological and political elements of aerobics classes,and take root in specific teaching classes to improve the ideological and political system of aerobics courses and comprehensively promote the ideological and political construction of college courses,which has certain theoretical and practical reference value for the ideological and political teaching of aerobics courses.
