摘 要:胎胚物流输送是根据轮胎厂成型车间到硫化车间的生产工艺情况,分析其可实现自动化控制的部分,提出物流自动化切实可行的实施方案。胎胚输送是轮胎生产过程中的重要工序,既关系到物流分配的顺畅合理性,还要合理调配运输人员的数量,避免人为出错等情况。本文主要针对轮胎厂旧厂房在不扩建厂房的前提下,升级改造应用积放式悬挂输送系统和RFID并结合MES系统,尽可能利用旧厂区实现自动化物流的项目介绍。According to the production process from the molding workshop to the vulcanization workshop of the tire factory, the raw tire logistics transportation is to analyze the parts that can realize automatic control,and propose a feasible implementation plan for logistics automation. Raw tire transportation is an important process in the tire production process, which is not only related to the smooth and reasonable distribution of logistics, but also the reasonable allocation of the number of transportation personnel to avoid manual error and other situations. This paper mainly aims at the project of upgrading and transforming the suspension conveying system and RFID, combining with the MES system, and making full use of the old plant to realize automatic logistics without expanding the plant.
