基于《金匮要略》理论探讨PBL结合CBL教学法在中医风湿病教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：中医风湿病学是运用中医学基础理论和方法,认识和研究风湿病病因病机特点、辨病辨证规律、治疗防护措施的一门新兴临床学科。针对前期风湿病科教学过程中存在学生学习兴趣不浓厚,学习被动、中医经典知识基础薄弱等现象,本文提出基于《金匮要略》相关风湿病的理论采用PBL结合CBL教学法,可以进一步激发学生学习的主动性和创造性,《金匮要略》理论中有关风湿病相关病因病机、经方辨治等内容有助于开拓学生应用经方理论辨治风湿病的临床诊疗思路,激发学生强烈的学习兴趣,培养中医经典思维和培养临床实战能力,为培养高素质风湿病学经典传承人才进行了有效尝试与探索。The Rheumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is a new clinical discipline that applies the basic theories and methods of TCM to understand and study the etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatism, the law of syndrome differentiation based on disease differentiation, and the treatment and protection measures.In view of the phenomena of students’ lack of interest in learning, passivity in learning and weak knowledge base of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the early stage of teaching rheumatology, this paper proposes a theory of rheumatology based on the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, using PBL combined with CBL teaching method can further stimulate students’ initiative and creativity in learning, the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber on the etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatism and the treatment of rheumatism based on the differentiation of classical prescriptions is helpful to develop students’ clinical thinking on the treatment of rheumatism based on the differentiation of classical prescriptions and theories, and to stimulate students’ strong interest in learning, it is an effective attempt and exploration on how to train high-quality rheumatology talents to carry forward the classics by cultivating classical Chinese medicine thinking and clinical practice ability.
