摘  要:目的探讨优化排班模式在临床责任制护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院10个临床科室共100名护士作为研究对象,于2022年3月开始实施精细化垂直管理排班模式,护理部按照层级管理,结合科室患者人数、各病区需求、疫情防控,配合弹性排班模式,对人力资源统一调配。2021年9月至2022年2月为实施前,2022年3月至2022年8月为实施后,比较实施前后护士工作质量、护士工作满意度、护士工作效率开展情况。结果优化排班模式后护士工作质量、护士工作满意度、护士工作效率开展情况均优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论优化排班模式可提高护士工作质量、护士工作满意度、护士工作效率。Objective To explore the application effect of optimal scheduling mode in clinical responsibility nursing.Methods A total of 100 nurses from 10 clinical departments of our hospital was selected as research objects, and the refined vertical management scheduling mode was implemented in March 2022.The nursing department conducted unified allocation of human resources according to hierarchical management, combined with the number of patients in the department, the needs of each ward, epidemic prevention and control, and the flexible scheduling mode.The period from September 2021 to February 2022 is before the implementation, and the period from March 2022 to August 2022 is after the implementation.The work quality, work satisfaction and work efficiency of nurses before and after the implementation are compared. Results The work quality, work satisfaction and work efficiency of nurses were all better after the optimization of scheduling mode than before(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing the scheduling pattern can improve the work quality, job satisfaction and efficiency of nurses.
