“三全育人”理念下高校图书馆红色文化资源育人路径研究

摘　　要：文章通过文献调研和网络调研,梳理国内高校图书馆红色文化资源的理论研究和实践育人现状,以“三全育人”理念为主导,借助矩阵思维,结合文旅融合、智慧图书馆等新时代育人语境,从育人主体、育人过程、育人维度、活化育人、智慧育人、长效育人等6个层面构建红色文化资源“六大矩阵”协同育人路径,以期为高校图书馆红色文化资源育人提供参考。Through literature research and network research, this paper reviews and analyzes the theoretical research and practical education status of red cultural resources in domestic university libraries. Guided by the concept of “three-full education”, with the help of matrix thinking, combined with the context of education in the new era, such as the integration of culture and tourism and smart libraries, this paper constructs the “six matrices” collaborative education path of red cultural resources from six levels: education subject, education process, education dimension, activation education, wisdom education and long-term education, in order to provide reference for the education of red cultural resources in contemporary university libraries.
