摘 要:在职业教育高端发展背景下,立足类型教育,以学生为中心,关注全生命周期协同育人,提出构建“深信一流育人新架构”,打造“深信全生命周期协同育人模式”。关注“职业教育”的育人质量、育人举措、育人成效,关注育人的学科交叉、知识跨界、过程协同、领域融合、能力创新,基于学生职业胜任力和可持续发展能力的培养,强调“职业教育”这一关键事件、这一关键阶段对学生后续生命历程的正向影响。用大教务统筹、大学工协同、素质赋能筑基的三大主线阐释全生命周期协同育人的推进策略,大教务统筹人才培养模式改革,大学工协同开展综合素养工程改革,素质赋能增强职业教育适应性,在一流育人新架构下,多部门有效协作,形成协同育人的绩点和支撑。Under the background of high-end development of vocational education,Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology,based on Type Education,took students as the center,focused on the whole life cycle of collaborative education,and put forward the construction of'new framework of world-class education'and'collaborative education mode of Whole Life Cycle'.Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology attached great importance to the quality,measures and results of vocational education,paid much attention to the interdisciplinary,knowledge crossover,process coordination,field integration and ability innovation of education,and emphasized the positive impact of"vocational education"as a key event and stage on the subsequent life course of students based on the cultivation of students'professional competence and sustainable development ability.The implementing strategy of collaborative education in the whole life cycle is manifested in three main lines of overall planning of teaching affairs,coordination of student affairs,and quality empowerment,where the office of teaching affairs is in charge of the reform of talents cultivation mode,the office of student affairs works coordinately on the project reform of students'comprehensive quality development,and the quality empowerment program enhances the adaptability of vocational education to the society.Under the new framework of world-class education,multiple departments can effectively cooperate to attain the achievements and support of collaborative education.
