高职院校特色美育育人新架构探究

摘　　要：在推进职业教育高质量发展的新时期,高职院校贯彻党的教育方针,在全生命周期育人理念下,建设特色美育育人新架构,符合党和国家政策要求,有利于促进职业教育高质量发展,有利于满足学生全面发展培养需求,有利于满足高职院校和谐校园文化建设需要。高职院校要积极采取有效措施,落实立德树人根本任务,持续深化产教融合,通过实施领航工程、筑基工程、躬行工程、示范工程和浸润工程等五大工程,系统化、常态化、全面化、特色化开展美育工作,打造特色美育工作体系、特色美育课程体系、特色美育教师团队、特色美育品牌项目和特色美育文化氛围,提高学生审美和人文素养,构建美育育人新架构,形成美育育人新格局。In the new era of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education,higher vocational colleges ought to implement the Party's educational policy and build a new framework of aesthetic education with characteristics under the concept of full-life-cycle education,which conforms to the requirements of the Party's and national policies,is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of vocational education and meeting the needs of students'all-round development and the needs of harmonious campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges ought to actively take effective measures to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and continue to strengthen the integration of industry and education.Through the implementation of five major projects,including pilot project,foundation building project,practice project,demonstration project,and nourishing project,the aesthetic education work should be carried out systematically,normally,comprehensively,and with characteristics,which aims to create a work system,a curriculum system,a teacher team,a brand project as well as cultural atmosphere for characteristic aesthetic education,to improve students'aesthetic and humanistic quality,to build a new framework of aesthetic education and form a new pattern of aesthetic education and education.
