摘　　要：本文基于语言学视角,介绍了1例唇腭裂患者的言语障碍情况,并对其构音障碍特点进行针对性分析。运用语言学理论和词语阶梯理论,以传统治疗法和音系治疗法相结合的功能语境训练方法为核心技术,针对患者具体情况,从自信心培养、构音器官改进、构音多角度训练等方面进行语音矫治。Based on the perspective of linguistics, this paper mainly introduces the speech disorder of a patient with cleft lip and palate, and analyzes the characteristics of the dysarthria. The linguistics theory and word ladder theory are used, and the functional context training method combining traditional therapy and phonological therapy is used as the core technology. According to the specific situation of the patient, the self-confidence cultivation, organ improvement, and multi-angle training are constructed.
