摘　　要：职教20条中提出:教师是根本,教材是基础,教法是途径。详细剖析了《冲压工艺与模具设计》课程性质及特点,指出目前《冲压工艺与模具设计》课程教师、教材和教法存在的问题,针对本门课程的问题,提出“三教”改革的具体思路并且进行实践,结果显示,能够培养出符合新时代要求的模具专业复合型技术技能型人才,教师的技能及教学水平得到很大的提高,同时,建设出与职业岗位相匹配的《冲压工艺与模具设计》教材。In the 20 articles of vocational education,teachers are the fundamental,teaching materials are the foundation and teaching methods are the way.This paper analyzes the nature and characteristics of the course of"Stamping Technology and Die Design"in detail,points out the existing problems of the course teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods.In view of the problems of this course,it puts forward the specific ideas of the reform of"three education"and carries out practice.The results show that it can cultivate the compound technical and skilled talents of the mold specialty in line with the requirements of the new era.Teachers'skills and teaching level have been greatly improved,and at the same time,the construction of professional post matching"Stamping Process and Die Design"textbook.
