委省共建地方医学院校人才培养的模式探索和实践

摘　　要：在国家中西部高等教育振兴计划和加快医学教育创新发展指导意见下,地方医学院校在国家卫生健康委和所在省级政府的共建模式下,积极探索“以需定招”模式,及时对接应对疫情需求,深化医教协同机制,进一步更新医学人才培养理念、调整医学生培养模式、创新医学教育方法等方面,培养主要服务地方卫生健康事业的高素质医学人才,把省部共建高校建成引领区域高等教育发展的高水平大学[1]。Under the National Plan for the Revitalization of Higher Education in the Central and West Region of China and the Guidance of Accelerating the Innovative Development of Medical Education, local medical colleges are actively exploring the “recruitment based on needs” model under the co-construction model of the National Health Commission and the provincial government, timely connecting and responding to the needs of thepandemic, deepening the coordination mechanism of medical treatment and education, further updating the concept of medical talent training, adjusting the training model of medical students, and innovating medical education methods, and so on. By so-doing, the local medical schools would focus on the cultivation of high-quality medical talents who mainly serve the local health industry, and build the province-ministry co-constructed university to be a high-level one that leads the development of the region’s higher education.
