摘　　要：随着白酒向高档降度领域的拓展,降度白酒处理难题也日益明显,赊店老酒技术团队针对原设备处理降度白酒工艺的不足,创新思路采用一次成型的多级白酒冷冻处理工艺,设定冷冻温度-6℃~-8℃,使降度白酒冷冻处理操作更便捷、质量稳定,同时降低了劳动强度。With the expansion of liquor to the field of high-grade de-alcoholization, the problem of de-alcoholization liquor treatment is becoming more and more obvious.Shedian wine In view of the shortcomings of the original equipment in the treatment of de-alcoholization liquor, the technical team innovated the idea of adopting a multi-stage liquor freezing treatment process, setting the freezing temperature-6℃ ~-8℃, making the freezing treatment of de-alcoholization liquor more convenient and stable, and reducing the labor intensity.
