摘 要:提出以永磁同步电机为加载电机的电动负载模拟器复合控制策略。首先建立基于永磁同步电机的电动负载模拟器系统模型,然后分析系统刚度和惯量对系统性能的影响。利用结构不变性原理推导出前馈补偿策略,提出将模糊自适应PID控制算法与前馈补偿策略相结合的复合控制算法,最后通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证了控制算法的可行性,提高了系统性能。A compound control strategy of electric load simulator using permanent magnet synchronous motor as loading motor is proposed. Firstly, the system model of electric load simulator based on permanent magnet synchronous motor is established, and then the influence of system stiffness and inertia on system performance is analyzed. Based on the structure invariance principle, the feedforward compensation strategy is derived. On this basis, the compound control algorithm is constructed by combining the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm. Finally, the feasibility of the control algorithm is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation, which improves the system performance.
