摘  要:采后果实极易受到病害的影响,这些病害多数是由真菌病原体引起,只有少数是由细菌导致的.目前控制这些病害的手段有化学、物理及生物防治措施等,都可在采前或采后实施,但是它们的作用机理是不同的.诱导采后果实产生抗性是物理防治措施的重要机理之一,其中物理诱抗为果实采后病害防治开辟了一条安全无毒的途径,已经成为采后病害防治研究的重点和热点之一.总结了近年来诱导寄主产生抗病性以控制果实采后病害方面的物理方法,以期为果实采后病害控制提供理论依据.Postharvest fruits are prone to suffer the diseases,most of which are caused by fungal pathogens,and only a few by bacteria.Thus far,some chemical,physical and biological methods have been developed to prevent these diseases,which can be applied before or after harvest,but their mechanisms of action are various.Inducing disease resistance is one of the important aspects of the mechanisms of the physical prevention measures.The physically induced resistance has opened up a safe and non-toxic way for disease control of postharvest fruits,which has become one of the focus and hotspots of the research about postharvest disease prevention and control.In this paper,it summarized the physical methods for inducing disease resistance in hosts reported in recent years,which were proved to be able to control postharvest diseases of fruit and vegetable,providing a theoretical basis for postharvest disease control of fruit.
