摘 要:介绍了发动机凸轮驱动式电液连续可变气门机构的组成与工作原理,利用Simulink软件搭建了仿真模型,分析了配气机构中控制液压挺柱的3个主要变量,即配气机构活塞与气门的总质量、配气机构中气门弹簧刚度和配气机构中挺柱阻尼,以及这些变量对配气机构中气门的附加位移动态性能产生的影响。从工程控制的角度,结合模糊数学基础理论,对比开环控制、传统比例-积分-微分(PID)控制器和模糊自适应PID控制器对系统性能的影响。研究结果可为发动机液压挺柱机构的国产化和产业化提供参考。The composition and working principle of cam driven electrohydraulic continuously vari⁃able valve mechanism are introduced,and a simulation model is built by using Simulink software.Three main variables that control the hydraulic tappet in the valve mechanism are analyzed,namely,the total mass of the piston and valve in the valve mechanism,the stiffness of the valve spring in the valve mecha⁃nism,and the tappet damping in the valve mechanism,as well as the influence of these variables on the additional displacement dynamic performance of the valve in the valve mechanism.From the perspective of engineering control theory,combined with the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics,the influence of open-loop control,conventional PID controller and fuzzy adaptive PID controller on the system perfor⁃mance is compared,which provides a reference idea for the localization and industrialization of engine hy⁃draulic tappet mechanism in the future.
