摘　　要：职教本科如何培养出合目的、合规格、合需要的高质量人才,依赖于课程改革的目标定位、价值实现和逻辑进路。以南京工业职业技术大学提出的“三性一高”即技术的复合性、技术的精深性、技术的创新性和人的素养高标性课程目标定位为例,追问其价值内涵,并给出了其实施的创新进路。How to cultivate high-quality talents that meet the goals, specifications and needs of society in undergraduate vocational education depends on the goal orientation, value realization and logical approach of curriculum reform. Taking "the recombination of technology, the profundity of technology, the innovation of technology and the goal orientation of the high standard curriculum of human quality" proposed by Nanjing Vocational University of Industry Technology as an example, this paper explores its value connotation and puts forward the innovative approach to its implementation.
