摘  要:在我国智能制造技术的发展及战略部署背景下,其产业链需求对高职智能制造专业人才培养模式提出更高要求。武汉船院的智能装备制造与应用专业群,注重各专业的交叉融合性,培养具有交叉优势的复合型人才,配套建设智能制造生产线、确定人才培养模式新方向,执行创新能力培育,实现专业群学生的个性化培养目标。With the development and strategic deployment of intelligent manufacturing technology in China, the demand of the industrial chain has put forward higher requirements for intelligent manufacturing talent training. Taking Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology as an example, this essay discussed an integrated talent training program for Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing and Application specialty group including measures like training the comprehensive ability of students though the integration of the specialty group, building an intelligent and automated production line for student skills training, determining the talent training mode, carrying out innovation ability training and individualized skills training of students in the specialty group.
