摘 要:目的探讨结合医学模拟教学护士规范化培训对其临床岗位胜任力的提升效果。方法选取2018年广州市第一人民医院入职新护士63名作为对照组,常规进行护士规范化培训,2020年入职新护士68名作为观察组,予以结合医学模拟教学的护士规范化培训。对比2组教学效果、满意度、岗位胜任力。结果教学后2组专业理论、操作技能直接观察法(DOPS)、迷你临床演练评估量表(Mini-CEX)得分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);教学后2组程序运用能力、健康教育能力、危重病人救护能力、管理能力、人际关系/沟通能力、专业发展能力得分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学目标明确、提高学习积极性、提高学习能力、提高团队协作能力满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结合医学模拟教学的规范化培训可提升新护士临床岗位胜任力及教学满意度,教学效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of standardized training of nurses in combination with simulated medicine teaching on their clinical job competence.Methods In 2018,63 new nurses recruited in Guangzhou First People’s Hospital were selected as the control group,and standardized training for nurses were routinely conducted,and 68 new nurses recruited in 2020 were used as the observation group to receive standardized training for nurses combined with simulated medical teaching.The teaching effects,satisfaction,and job competence between the two groups was compared.Results The scores of professional theory,DOPS,and Mini-CEX increased after teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The ability to use procedures,health education,rescue of critically ill patients,management ability,interpersonal relationship/communication after teaching The scores of ability and professional development ability increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had clear teaching goals,improved learning enthusiasm,improved learning ability,and improved teamwork ability.The satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized training combined with simulated medical teaching can improve the clinical competence and teaching satisfaction of new nurses,and the teaching effect is significant.
