摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理培训对护士灵性照护能力的影响。方法选择2021年2月—2021年7月萍乡市第二人民医院60名取得中医护理专项培训资质的护士为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组30名。试验组护理人员除参加计划性的院科两级常规业务培训外,定期增加中医情志护理培训与芳香呵护培训,对照组仅参加计划性的院科两级常规业务培训,培训时间为6个月。分别于培训前后,采用灵性健康量表和灵性照护认知量表对2组护理人员进行评分,分析不同培训方式对2组护理人员灵性健康和灵性照护认知水平的影响。结果培训前,2组护士灵性健康量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,2组护士灵性健康量表评分均高于培训前,且试验组灵性健康量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前,2组护士灵性照护认知量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,2组护士灵性照护认知量表评分均高于培训前,且试验组灵性照护认知量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理培训与芳香呵护培训可提高护士在中医护理中灵性健康和灵性照护认知的水平。Objective To explore the influence of emotional nursing training of traditional Chinese medicine on nurses’spiritual care ability.Methods From February 2021 to July 2021,60 nurses of psychiatry in Pingxiang Second People’s Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.In addition to participating in the planned two-level routine business training of hospital and department,the nurses in the experimental group regularly increased the traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing training and aromatic care training,while the control group only participated in the planned two-level routine business training of hospital and department for 6 months.Before and after the training,the two groups of nurses were scored with the spiritual health scale and the spiritual care cognition scale,and the effects of different training methods on the spiritual health and spiritual care cognition of the two groups of nurses were analyzed.Results Before training,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of nurses’spiritual health scale(P>0.05).After training,the scores of nurses’spiritual health scale in the two groups were higher than those before training,and the scores of nurses’spiritual health scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before training,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of nurses’spiritual care cognition scale(P>0.05).After the training,the scores of nurses’spiritual care cognitive scale in the two groups were higher than those before the training,and the scores of nurses’spiritual care cognitive scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing training and aromatic care training can improve nurses’cognitive level of spiritual health and spiritual ca
