中医药人才类别及成才心理要素探析

摘　　要：随着国家和社会对中医药的肯定与重视,近年中医药发展迅速,而中医药人才的培养成为中医药持续发展的关键。文章通过搜集缕析相关文献,区分了中医药人才类别,分析了其成才路径及心理要素,认为中医药人才个性心理从能力、气质、性格等方面具有一定的识别性,但相关问题还需深入探讨。注重中医药人才个性心理要素的筛选与干预,能够为中医药人才培养提供科学指导方法。With the recognition and attention of the state and society,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has developed rapidly in recent years,and the cultivation of TCM talents has become the key to the sustainable development of TCM.Through the collection and analysis of relevant literature,this paper distinguished the categories of TCM talents,analyzed the path of their success and psychological elements,and held that the personality psychology of TCM talents can be recognized to a certain extent from the aspects of ability,temperament,personality and so on,but relevant issues need to be further explored.So,paying attention to the screening and intervention of the personality psychological elements of TCM talents can provide a scientific guidance for the training of TCM talents.
