摘　　要：突破性技术创新是驱动企业创新模式从渐进追赶向突破引领转变的重要因素,影响着企业在国家战略科技力量重大部署中更好地发挥创新主体作用。然而,现有研究界定突破性技术创新的侧重点不同,尚未从技术创新发展阶段的角度对相近概念进行梳理和辨析,使得对突破性技术创新的理论认识仍有提升空间。同时,当前突破性技术创新的综述研究鲜有立足社会网络场域,通过区分不同网络类型,评述多重网络对突破性技术创新的影响,致使对突破性技术创新背后网络机制的揭示不够系统。鉴于此,从技术创新形成、演进和市场化阶段出发,对相近概念进行辨析,从而厘清突破性技术创新的内涵。在此基础上,从多重网络的视角,综合考虑网络类型、网络层次与网络边界的影响,区分知识网络、组织内研发者合作网络、组织间研发者合作网络,以及组织合作网络,从关系、结构和位置嵌入性的维度,逐一评述多重网络对突破性技术创新的影响机制。最后总结了研究结论并对未来研究进行了展望。Under the new developmental stage,Chinese enterprises are unable to make use of the second-mover advantages,benefitting from the incremental technological innovations.The competitive advantage derived from incremental innovation is not sustained any longer.Accordingly,there is an urgent need to generate breakthrough technology innovations,i.e.,key generic technologies,advanced leading technologies,etc.,and garner key and core competencies as well as cultivate high-tech self-reliance and self-improvement capabilities.Technological breakthroughs play a vital role in the generation of enterprise core competencies,market share,and performance.Because breakthrough technology innovation is typically novel and impactful,its R&D processes are usually described as promising but long-periodic,difficult,and at times risky.Although a voluminous number of reviews has scrutinized the concept of radical innovation and disruptive innovation,theoretical evolution of innovative processes and mechanisms,buyer-and supplier-sided innovations,as well as the Chinese settings,the distinctions and similarities amongst breakthrough innovation,radical innovation,disruptive innovation,destructive innovation,and discontinuous innovation remain elusive.This research gap is buttressed by the underdevelopment of a social-network-based view:multiple networks inherently affect the generation of breakthrough innovations.Therefore,a literature review is highly needed to distinguish and analyze these related concepts and provide a comprehensive overview of technological innovation.To achieve this objective,we review the definitions of related concepts from the perspective of the antecedents,processes,and consequences of technology innovation to lay out the foundation of network mechanisms underlying the breakthrough generation.Results indicate that the focus of related concepts varies as different stages of technology innovation.In particular,radical innovation is prominent at the generating stage,discontinuous innovation is salient at the evolution
