摘  要:目的探讨疫情常态化下,基于混合式教学模式的《中西医结合护理操作学》中应用"雨课堂"教学的效果.方法将2018-2019学年上学期、2018-2019学年下学期及2019-2020学年上学期第一临床医学院的学生132人设为对照组,给予常规的情景教学模式.将2019-2020学年下学期、2020-2021学年上学期、2020-2021学年下学期第一临床医学院的学生共115人设为实验组,给予线上线下混合式教学模式,理论课采用"雨课堂"教育平台进行线上授课,操作示范采用线下的小班教学,每班不超过15人,收集两组学生的日常考勤成绩(占10%)、操作考试成绩(占30%)、期末理论考试成绩(占60%)、总成绩和学生总成绩在各分数段人员分布情况,对两组学生的成绩进行统计学分析.结果实验组的学生在日常考勤得分优于对照组,P=0.05,差异有统计学意义.对照组的操作考试成绩优于实验组,P<0.05.两组的理论考试成绩和总成绩无明显差别,P>0.05.两组学生的成绩均集中在80-89分,对照组学生成绩≥90分的人数优于实验组,对照组对知识点的掌握情况总体优于实验组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论与疫情前的常规教学模式相比,在疫情常态化下,通过雨课堂教育平台的线上线下混合式教学模式,能保证学生的理论考试成绩和总成绩与疫情前的教学模式无明显差别,但虽然实验组的日常考勤得分更高,因教师无法准确获知在雨课堂平台上课的学生是否是本人登录,有无一直认真听讲,因此无法证明学生参加线上授课的积极性就更高.此外,学生的操作考试成绩略有下降,对知识点的总体掌握情况低于对照组,不能达到疫情前的教学水平,需要进一步优化疫情常态化下的教学方式和流程.Objective To explore the effect of applying Rain Classroom teaching in the"Nursing Operation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine"based on the mixed teaching model under the normalization of the epidemic.Methods A total of 132 students from the First Clinical Medical College in the first semester of the 2018-2019 school year,the second semester of the 2018-2019 school year,and the first semester of the 2019-2020 school year were set as the control group,and given the conventional situational teaching mode.A total of 115 students from the First Clinical Medical College in the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year,the first semester of the 2020-2021 school year,and the second semester of the 2020-2021 school year were set as the experimental group,and the online and offline mixed teaching mode was given.The"Rain Classroom"e education platform conducts online teaching,and the operation demonstration adopts offline small class teaching,with no more than 15 students in each class,and collects the daily attendance scores(10%),operation test scores(30%),and final theory of two groups of students.The distribution of test scores(60%),total scores and students'total scores in each score segment,and the scores of the two groups of students were statistically analyzed.Results The daily attendance scores of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,P=0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The operation test scores of the control group were better than those of the experimental group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the theoretical test scores and total scores between the two groups,P>0.05.The scores of the two groups of students are concentrated in 80-89 points,the number of students in the control group with scores≥90 points is better than the experimental group,the control group's mastery of knowledge points is generally hetter than the experimental group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with
