摘 要:我国已进入老龄化社会,老年人对医疗保健的需求不断增加,老年医学人才培养也越来越被重视,包括老年医学进修生的临床实践继续教育。老年医学进修生的人员结构和学科背景比较复杂,来源科室也不同,为了让不同层次的进修生都有收获,带教老师将基于翻转课堂的个性化教学应用到老年医学进修生的临床实践教学中,旨在有限的进修时间内,提高进修生的学习效率,加深知识内化。通过问卷调查反馈,大部分进修生认为这种教学模式有助于他们提高临床实践技能,值得推广。China has entered an aging society,and the demand of the elderly for medical care is increasing.The training of geriatric talents is also increasingly valued,including the continuing education of clinical practice for the geriatric advanced training physicians.The personnel structure and disciplinary background of the geriatric advanced training physicians are complex,and the origin departments are different.The personalized teaching based on flipped classroom is performed in the clinical practice teaching to make the advanced training physicians at different levels have gains.It aims to improve the learning efficiency of the advanced training physicians,deepen the internalization of knowledge.According to the feedback from the questionnaire survey,most of the advanced training physicians are satisfied with this teaching model,and believe that it is helpful to improve the clinical skills.
